We're trailblazers, not managers, and we have no desire to grow through headcount. For us, optimal is producing a few fantastic books honed through research, selective teaching and consulting work, and plenty of time spent just observing and thinking.

So we don't have a team of trainers and consultants, and my teaching and consulting time is limited because I also need to research, publish, and work on fiction projects (which keep me fresh and thinking outside the box).

If you are the CEO of a 5000-person corporation, I am not going to be able to personally train all of your staff, but I can train you and your key staff, and I can recommend and collaborate with others who can train the rest.

travel considerations

Financially, travel is cheap, but aviation fuel is currently non-renewable, so buying carbon offset credits is not enough. Also, I live in Auckland, New Zealand, so it's a long way to anywhere.

For these reasons, I take particular care to ensure every trip is worthwhile. This means plenty of planning and preparation and, whenever possible, multiple engagements per trip. When I do this, we all save, but your participation is required. Here are my current travel plans.
